The concept of good health will look different to all of us at different times in our lives. It’s not a state we arrive at suddenly but, a path we’re always traveling. And at certain points, it can be particularly useful to have a supportive guide who can help to navigate and avoid potential roadblocks along the way.

As your coach, I’m here to:

  • help you understand the deeper meaning behind your goals in order to generate and maintain momentum in the long term

  • empower you with information, tools, and insights to go forward living and feeling like the best version of yourself

I tailor a customized approach for all of my clients

We’re all different, and it just makes sense that what works well for one might not be helpful for another. Most coaching sessions are 30 minutes to one hour in length and typically held once a week, with text or email support between sessions. Of course, my approach is flexible and, together, we’ll create a customized plan specifically for you.
