Having started my career as a mental health therapist, I saw firsthand just how interconnected these areas are with our physical health. We could be eating perfectly balanced meals but, if we’re lacking a sense of balance or fulfillment in other parts of life, we’re not going to feel our best. As a certified life and health coach, my goal is to empower you with the information and tools you need to live your ideal vision of health—in a way that’s fun, flexible, and free of restrictions.
I earned my Master of Science in Nutrition Education from American University, a Master in Social Work from New York University, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation, and certification as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City.
