Whether you’re a family of two or twelve, food is a large part of daily routines. It can also present challenges as preferences, needs and/or health goals may vary wildly! But there are a few things that I’ve found to be true across ages, cultures, and kitchens—we want to be healthy and happy, we want to feel that there’s flexibility, and we want to be able to enjoy food.
